If you suspect you might have depression, you can go to AuthenticHappiness.org, create a username and password, then go to questionnaires. The depression test is called the CES-D Questionnaire. While you are there, check out the other tests including the authentic happiness questionnaire, the optimism test and the VIA character strengths test - which reveals your innate strengths.
